Shipping, pick up or local delivery

We have free shipping available Australia wide. Some charges may apply to rural areas please contact us prior to ordering if you're in a rural area so we can check if there is any additional costs to ship to your location. 

Free shipping - Safe to leave
This option means you give permission for a courier to deliver even if no one is home. If there is nowhere to leave it safely then you may incur re delivery fees.

Free shipping - Local depot
This allows you to pick a collection time from a local depot. If you would like to know which depot is your closest please message us via live chat with your suburb and state. You will receive a text when it is on it's way and be contacted once it has arrived to book a pick up time, This option is perfect if you're interstate but unable to be home for deliveries or have nowhere safe to leave it,

This option is great for commercial orders. Please note this option is not suited to businesses that aren't warehouses or factories etc.

When they are shipped, they come almost fully assembled. The only things you need to do is pop the backings on along with shelves, hooks, chalk boards or the tap. For other items, anything that is taller than our benches will also require assembly. These will be pre drilled, marked and come with some easy instructions to help. If for some reason the instructions are a little too confusing then please contact us and we will send a video through on what you may be having difficulty with. 

We will notify you when your order is ready and your item should arrive within 3 business days after completion but we take no responsibility for any delays with shipping as we have no control over their time frames.

 

You will receive a notification once your item is ready for pick up. You'll will then need to book a time and date.
Please chat to us prior to ordering for a birthday present so we can try and ensure it is ready by the date you need. Pick up is 118 Northgate drive, THOMASTOWN 3074.

With this option everything comes fully assembled. Please ensure you have the correct sized trailer to collect your order along with a copy of your receipt. Our Large kitchens, work benches and deluxe kitchen will not fit in any car so will require a trailer. If you plan on trying to fit any other kitchen in your car then we recommend measuring according to your ordered item to make sure it will fit prior to collecting. Measurements can be found in the description of the item you have ordered.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY 
You will receive a notification once it is ready for delivery. Occasionally you won't be notified of your delivery date and time until a day prior unless pre booked for a rush order. You'll receive a rough ETA the night before then a more exact ETA on the day.

 The items will come fully assembled with this option, no need to put backings or other parts on. 

Please note that if you choose the wrong shipping option at the checkout that we are unable to change it on our end.
